Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to safeguard data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
- In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network, and PC
- Collaborate with departments to assess their technology needs and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and provide insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and enhance online presence.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Train staff on IT systems and digital tools to maximize their productivity and proficiency.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity in case of emergencies.
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence with social media agency.
- Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date.
- Point of contact for Document control for projects. Including registration of documents such as procedure and reports.
- Managing document control system.
- Manage day-to-day operations and assignments on a timely manner to avoid disruption to the organization’s operations.
- Prepare timely report that includes forecast, analytic data, and statistics to management.
- Cooperate in positive manner to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization position.
- Complying to the safety & health standard and policy of the company.
- Assist in other task or ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate Superior from time to time.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
