**TRANSPORT ADMIN ASSISTANT**
- BASIC SALARY: RM1,500 - RM2,300
- MONTHLY ALLOWANCE RM 150 + SHIFT ALLOWANCE RM 300
**MONDAY - FRIDAY**
- MORNING SHIFT: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- AFTERNOON SHIFT: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
**SATURDAY**
- MORNING SHIFT: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- AFTERNOON SHIFT: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
**SUNDAY - OFF**
**LOCATION: MAPLETREE (NEW BUILDING) SEKSYEN 22, SHAH ALAM**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- SCHEDULING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, PLANNING ROUTES, AND ASSIGNING DRIVERS.
- DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING IMPROVED TRANSPORTATION ADMINISTRATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
- PROCESSING SHIPPING DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING BILLS OF LADING.
- MANAGING BUDGETS, AS WELL AS PROCESSING PURCHASE ORDERS AND PAYMENTS.
**TERMS OF APPLICATION**:
- MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE
- HEALTHY BODY TO WORK IN A LARGE WAREHOUSE
- CAN WORK ACCORDING TO SHIFTS AND CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN SET
- NO PROBLEM OR CRIMINAL RECORD
- HAVE YOUR OWN BANK ACCOUNT FOR BANK USE IN SALARY
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
