**Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for the day to day IT functions in the company including PC management, installation of software or systems, back-up and helpdesk to employees.
- To maintain the LAN/ WAN Network and to troubleshoot hardware, such as Printers, software and networking issues.
- To be responsible for daily Pronto backups, i.e. to ensure that backup tape is changed on daily basis.
- To maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
- Any other jobs assigned by immediate supervisor.
