JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES - Install, maintain, monitor and update customers systems. - Troubleshoot, repair and improvise customers system. - Provide weekly & monthly reporting. - Provide technical support. - New system setup and installation. - Testing software. - Other Adhoc duties. JOB REQUIREMENT - Diploma in IT or related field. - Ability to work independently and under pressure with mínimal supervision and self-starter. - Strong skill in problem analysis and solving. - Flexible and adaptable personality with ability to deliver quality results with tight deadline. - Good communication skill (writing & verbal).
