QAqc Inspector

**Responsibilities**:

- QA
- 1. In-process inspection - Diecasting, Secondary and Machining
- 2. Perform checking using spectroanalyzer machines for daily production casting ingot
- 3. Report to production Technician or supervisiors any quality matters for action taken
- 4. To report to IPQC engineer if suspected process are producing defects parts or have abnormalities
- 5. To put On Hold tag for lots that having problems and to report to IPQC engineers for further action.
- QC
- 1. To perform inspection base on the checksheet requirement of products
- 2. InforM/Feedback from time to time problem to superior by issuing the NCR (Non Conformance Report)
- 3. Do visual inspection and dimensional inspection report as per sampling requirements
- 4. Ensure non-conforming product is identified and segregated properly
- 5. To monitor movement activity of rework, sorting and material requisition
- 6. Educate production operators on the bew defects arise at customers
- 7. Coordinate rework and sorting activities at customer premises if required**Benefits**:
