**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan lessons and implement daily programs for assigned classes
- Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, and learning environment of the classroom
- Involvement in school activities & events
- Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids to facilitate the teaching process
- Engage and motivate children through various plays and activities

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field
- Passion for teaching, knowledge sharing, and motivating children
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Planning and organizational skills
- Creative and artistic abilities
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational best practices
- Familiarity with curricular standards and requirements
- Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and fellow teachers
- able to read, write, listen, and talk in Mandarin
