Remarks:
1. For the vacancy of JKR position

Job Scope:
1. Assist design and development activities.

2. Assist and coordinate submission proposal drawings and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements prior to submission.

3. Assist in preparation and presentation proposal and submission proposal drawing.

4. Assist in carrying out production of drawings and coordinating with others; clients/consultants as necessary.

5. Assist and coordinate tender procurement process, which include preparing tender documents, development of drawings details and construction documents for the project.

6. Assist and participate in the inspection and tests plan (ITP). To ensure ITP are carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, projects programmed, procedures, method statements, / work instruction, etc.

7. Assist and monitor construction works at the project site. (if required)

8. Implement all policies, activities and procedures as relevant and required by the quality management system within the project site organization.

9. Assist meet and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.

10. Adhere to document control procedures.

11. Assist on supervising and doing inspection of construction works at the project site.

12. Ensure that good house-keeping and safety practices are implemented by the contractors.

13. Ensure that construction works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, method statements, project programme, etc.

14. Assist manager to inspect, observe, record and prepare documentation as necessary to comply with the client’s requirements for the project.

15. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the JKR.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
