**Job Scope**:

- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms to achieve company goals
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies (SEO, SEM, KOL, SMM, Blogger) to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Develop marketing strategies, content, and imagery for SEM and other digital marketing materials (e.g., Google, Facebook/IG)
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, and provide reports on ROI of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display Advertising, Social Media Marketing, etc.
- Update, maintain, and optimize website performance
- Create marketing reports for management review
- Support ad hoc project assignments

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related disciplines
- Familiar in 小红书marketing analysis
- At least 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce and Marketing, with good understanding of the current E-commerce landscape
- Experience in a digital agency is an advantage
- Knowledge in using graphic design software or apps such as Photoshop and AI
- Agile, flexible, and excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Responsible, able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility to manage job tasks
- Good command of English and Chinese

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
