District Manager

**Job Summary**

A District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborating withRetail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
- Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
- Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably District Manager/ Area Manager / Operation Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/ General in Fashion Industry / Footwear / Chain Store Retailer and Franchising

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
