Human Resources Officer (ER/Ops & Recruitment)
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the Senior HRA Manager and support Penang operation
- Responsible for full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment process and organize staffing preparation for new hire including orientation program
- Responsible for the implementation of HR policies, practices and processes
- Responsible for staff insurance and fringe benefits administration; participate in the annual renewal process and prepare related analysis
- Handle All HR administrative function: issue employment contract, on-boarding process, Visa Application, Logistics arrangement, disciplinary action and etc.
- Support in Workday / payroll system enhancement project and new module implementation
- Data maintenance in Workday to ensure accurate information in the system
- Provide support to the activities throughout the HR season such as performance review, goal-setting, annual salary review, incentive plan & talent review etc.
- Facilitate in implementing corporate training programs, training need analysis, administrate training subsidy policy and maintain training records in accordance with ISO requirements
- Organize staff activities and clerical support in HR department
- Support the ad-hoc projects related to HR
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in all rounded HR functions in which prior experience gained from MNC is an asset
- Proficiency in written and verbal Malay and English.
- Good knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Familiar with HRIS - Workday will be added advantage
- Well-versed in Local Employment Act 1955 and HR-related regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with strong team spirit
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with the drive to continually learn and improve

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
