Recruitment
- Responsible to advertise job vacancies and choose the right platform to advertise
- Handling the recruitment of local and foreign worker
- Handling staff discipline matters such as absence, misconduct, disobey superior’s work order
- Handling on-boarding & training including managing employment offer letters & other required documentation

Payroll & Admin
- To submit all the staff’s attendance, and ensure it is completed on time for payment of salaries and related expenses & allowances (overtime, medical claim, mobile claim & mileage claim allowances)
- Manage all statutory contributions and payments to KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc.
- Preparing HR related letters such as appointment letter, announcement, memo and etc.
- Monitoring staff attendance

General HR
- Review HR policy in yearly basic to ensure policy is in line with policy of government from time to time
- Yearly staff appraisal
- Managing employee Bonus Programmer, Accommodation Issues.
- To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors

Safety
- To ensure all the staff adhere to safety protocol when working at site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
