**Overview**

This role is responsible in maintaining inventory, costing controls, issue PR/PO as well as be the supporting role for Facilities cost forecasting and reporting. You will be working with a collaborative team to provide decision support to Finance and Facilities Management Team, a good opportunity to grow and advance your career.
- Monitor and perform setups on inventory cycle count program, prepare analysis reporting on cycle count performance and inventory control.
- Follow up monthly accruals with entire department to support for month end close activities.
- Assist in tracking/update KPI outlook and metrics, preparation and checking on financial reports for management review.
- Support internal and external SOX walkthrough and process audits, ensure inventory and costing control procedures in compliance to GAAP and SOX requirement.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.
- Take part in continuous improvement efforts/projects.
- System managing for a group of in-house contractors.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing costing or FP&A, combination of both experiences would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge/experience in Oracle ERP system and Hyperion.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good analytical and reporting skills, have good understanding in manufacturing cost structure.
