IT Executive

Monitoring daily operations, including server, hardware, software and system
- Responsible for planning, designing and developing IT infrastructure and computer systems on time and to specifications.
- Coordinating technology installations, upgrades & maintenance;
- Selecting and purchasing new & replacement hardware and software;
- Testing, troubleshooting and modifying information systems;
- Generating performance reports for OS;
- Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures;
- Remaining up to date with advance in technology and industry best practices;
- Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Ensure all vendor billings proceesed and update into designated system file
- Testing, troubleshooting and modifying information systems;
- Implement security protection on network and all computers.
- Evaluating operations, procedures and processes and making suggestions for improvement.
- Attend ad-hoc IT systems related task as assigned by HOD /Management

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related;
- Min 3 years working experience in related fields;
- Experience: Computer Network, Network Installation & Network Administration;
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Software including Server, Office & Exchange;
- Good communication, strong interpersonal skills & excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work at Klang area
- Mandarin speaker preference

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
