**Job Overview**:
Performance Marketing Limited, a burgeoning performance marketing agency, is seeking a proficient Media Buying Specialist to manage and optimize media buying across a variety of platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, A/B testing for creative assets, and a keen eye for trends and analytics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute profitable media buying strategies across various platforms including Programmatic, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search, GDN, YouTube, and Native advertising.
- Conduct daily reporting and in-depth creative and trend analysis.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing media buying on the platforms listed.
- Familiarity with tracking/attribution platforms such as Everflow, HasOffers, Cake, and Voluum.
- Skilled in A/B testing of creative assets to maximize campaign performance.

**Language Requirements**:

- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or a related field.
