Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data in payroll software for staff category. Ensure timely payroll completion, prepare and submit monthly payroll report on a timely manner.
- Update and maintain employees’ records in the system e.g. basic salary, positions, transfers, promotions and personal details.
- Responsible for the update and monitor of the employee attendance records, claims, overtime, leave records, deductions, allowances in the HR system.
- Provide payroll advice as required to employees and team leaders and manage payroll related queries including superannuation, allowances, incorrect pay amounts and if applicable car lease deductions queries.
- Ensure payslips are published in a timely manner Ensuring all statutory contributions (EPF/SOCSO/PCB/HRDCORP) are properly accounted for and on time remittance, and to keep current updates on the statutory changes. To support payroll functional team as and when required and ensure clear communication across the functions and team members.
- To conduct market compensation analysis to ensure Company’s pay decisions are in line with both external market trends such as current market trends and internal factors such as job satisfaction
- Maintain employee trusts and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- To assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties such as filling, documentations, letter preparation, updating and maintenance of personal data.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 3-5 year(s) working experiences in related payroll field.
- Required Language(s): Mandarin & English
- Able to work independently and also to multi-task
- Prior experience in Payroll and familiar with HR system payroll
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and outspoken.
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
