**Responsibilities**:
- **
Be a Strategic Business Partner to the Lines** by assuming the role of a performance cum learning consultant to the assigned division / branches.
- Establish the lines performance issues / learning and developmental needs (both the lines and individual).
- Make timely recommendations to address the lines' performance and competencies issues and provide support to ensure issues / competencies gaps are addressed.
- **
Be an Effective Facilitator / Trainer **to impart knowledge, skills and facilitate improvements in employee behavior and performance. In doing so, you must be competent in the learning and development process - the ADDIE process (Analysis / Design / Develop /Implement / Evaluate).
- Able to analyze and establish the underlining issues affecting performance / behavior and make recommendations to address the said
- Design and Develop suitable learning programme to address performance issues
- Engage the right trainer to effectively facilitate / conduct the programme**Job Requirements**
- A recognised degree in Learning & Development (eg CTP, Certified Trainer Professional)
- At least 3 years experience as a soft skills trainer.
- Good in communication and writing skills
- Organised, meticulous, analytical and a willingness to learn new things
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple assignments
- Great flexibility - ability to work in a team or be an efficient sole contributor when required
