**Job Purpose**:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a company clinic setting. This includes assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Patient Care**:

- Provide nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' conditions and progress, reporting any changes to the relevant medical staff.
- Perform wound care, dressings, and other clinical procedures.
- Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.

**2. Health Assessments**:

- Conduct initial patient assessments and document medical histories.
- Perform routine health screenings and diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.

**3. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Assist in inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
- Participate in quality assurance and infection control activities.

**4. Patient Education and Support**:

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Promote health education programs and initiatives within the clinic.

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs.
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff and students.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Diploma or Degree in Nursing** from a recognized institution.
- **Certification**: Valid Nursing License from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinic or outpatient setting.

**Skills**:

- Strong clinical and nursing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting patients and standing for long periods.
