Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city center, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a dynamic, and multi-skilled talent in delivering our Asian hospitality.
**As Guest Service Agent (Concierge), we rely on you**:
**Welcoming Guests**: Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and confirm their reservations.
**Assisting with Inquiries**: Act as the main point of reference for guests needing assistance or information about the hotel and local area.
**Providing Recommendations**: Suggest activities, restaurants, and attractions based on guests’ preferences.
**Arranging Services**: Coordinate transportation, make restaurant reservations, book tours, and arrange other services as requested by guests.
**Handling Complaints**: Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
**Managing Requests**: Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled to enhance their stay.
**Maintaining Knowledge**: Stay informed about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information.
**Monitoring Security**: Keep an eye on the entrance and monitor who comes in and out of the hotel to ensure safety.

**Requirements**:
Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.
Familiarity with using hotel property Management Systems (PMS) OPERA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a service industry.
Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile.
Willing to work in shift.
Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and services to provide accurate recommendations.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
