Credit Controller

_**Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Handle and investigate cases for account receivables related matters.
- Handle enquiries from customers on billing issues and outstanding balances.
- Liaise and monitor cases assigned to solicitor.
- Preparation of GST/withholding tax submission and yearly forecast.
- Conduct performance analysis and monitor cash flow of the Company.
- Liaise with company secretary, auditors and tax agents.
- To be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's account, books, ledgers, report, etc. as per Company Law and Statutory requirements.
- You are expected to be well versed with the relevant regulations, amendments, change, new rules etc., as introduced by the respective boards from time to time, shall keep the management updated.

Preference — Mandarin speaker (all races is acceptable)

Position require 1 headcount
Experience — Yes min 2 years in Credit Control
Certification — Diploma and above
Working hours - 5.5 days working

Probation period — 3 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- credit controller: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)
