Cost Management Manager

**Prepare and monitor CAPEX budgets, track changes, and adjust budget projections accordingly.**:

- Provide forecasts, cash flow analysis, and procurement/cost reports.
- Conduct feasibility studies and support Change Management process for the project.
- **Price/forecast costs of materials, benchmark construction costs, and handle correspondence with subsidiaries/vendors on costing issues.**:

- **Calculate and validate incurred costs of materials, contracts, and labor, and prepare accruals with documentation.**:

- Drive global Costing objectives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Manage procurement and tendering process, including tender documents and evaluation reports**.
- Prepare contract documentation and monitor Performance Bonds and insurances.
- Evaluate and analyze fee proposals/bids and provide recommendations.
- **Value construction work for payments, assess claims, and manage project risks**.
- Provide cost information for decision-making and alternative selection.
- Build intricate spreadsheets for data manipulation.

**Requirement**
- **Minimum 7 years working experience.**:

- **Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or construction field.**:

- Ability to work with Senior Management in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experienced in fast-paced large volume, dynamic, complex, international operations.
- **Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin.**:

- Extensive knowledge of financial systems and interdependencies.
- Experience in Data centres is an advantage.
- **Ability to travel for short business trips within Malaysia and Singapore.**:

- **Must able to work in Kulai**

**A detailed JD will be given upon request.**

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
