**DEPARTMENT**:
**1) OPERATION AND SALES DEPARTMENT**

**2) HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT**

**3) FINANCE DEPARTMENT**

**4) NURSING DEPARTMENT**

**5) PHYSIO DEPARTMENT**

To assist and perform any duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
