**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure all financial data are captured into system timely, accurate and complete.
- To perform reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation and etc.)
- To generate official receipt for customer
- To send statement of account to customer on monthly basis
- To keep track and update AR aging.
- To liaise with other departments for outstanding matters.
- Prepare payment for suppliers
- To prepare audit and tax schedules for tax agent and auditor.
- To assist in monthly accounts closing, including supporting schedules, and related matters.
- To do other tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- Able to speak and write in English.
- Working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong in numeracy skill and computer skills in Oracle or OBM system, MS Office Excel is added advantage.
- Flexible, proactive and positive attitudes.
- Willing to learn and embrace changes and challenges
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
