About the Role
Focus on strategies and execution of plans to market AIA Shared Services employer brand to enable the hiring of top young talents in the campus. The role involves strategizing marketing of employer brand and partnership with academic institutions and students. In additions, this role is also required to handle end to end recruitment delivery.
- Build the strategy and implement plans for campus recruiting and internship program
- Being the primary point of contact for academic institutions, vendors, students, internal partners etc.
- Planning and executing of recruiting related events to promote employer branding among universities
- In additions, manage the recruitment end to end process includes but not limit to role briefing, talent sourcing, interview and selection, offer negotiation, salary proposal design and onboarding
- Be a trusted partner to collaborate businesses and external parties on talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs including building talent pools.
- Ensure the recruitment processes are in compliance according to hiring procedures standard and policy, and the vacancies are successfully closed in the stipulated turn-around time.
