Office clerks are responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting and support of business operations within a department. They assist all the administrative staff, secretaries, and assistants by sorting mail, filing forms and documents, answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling meetings. 1. To perform and assist in clerical jobs for various department. 2. To provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations. 3. To monitor and maintain office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed. 4. To coordinate office and factory building maintenance issues for general repair. 5. To manage all customer order related matters, included customer documentation, chassis handling, customer consignments goods handling and finished goods delivery. 6. To liaise with government authorities for all government inspection, reports, license, permit, approval, tax and duties exemption. 7. Other adhoc duties assigned by superiors.
