Execution and monitoring of all purchasing needs.
- Responsible for the preparation and process of the Purchase Orders for all sites.
- Coordinate and support all internal departments with quotations in terms of products and services.
- Maintain all completed and updated purchasing records / data and pricing in the system.
- Source, select and negotiate for best purchasing package with suppliers, sub-contractors and / or service providers.
- Maintenance of approved Supplier / Vendor list, master file & relevant document in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Co-ordination with suppliers and forwarders in transportation and order processes on timely deliveries.
- Monitoring, follow-up and updating delivery schedules and payment to suppliers.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
