**Job Description**:
**Get to know the Role**:

- Identify areas for drivers’ KPI improvement
- Evaluate the driver service experience
- Develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing drivers resulting in increased total online driver, active driver and completed jobs
- Design programs to win back, reward and retain drivers

**The day-to-day activities**:
- The role is based in Melaka
- Evaluate program results and optimize as needed
- Lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives that bring about change or improve drivers' performance
