Project Admin

**Working Location**
- Kuala Lumpur
- Genting Highland, Pahang
- To provide the administrative support to the project department, including setting up meeting and responsible to arrange, coordinate and keep track of any meetings and business appointment.
- Maintain schedules and calendars as well as arrange and confirm appointments.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mails and other material
- Coordinate the flow of informative both internally and externally, tracking deadlines and follow up with respective parties.
- Responsible to create and maintain proper filing system, documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
- Able to complete task assign by Project Manager within a tight time frame.
- General office management such as ordering stationary, organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior manager.

**Job Requirement**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh Graduate are welcomed.
- Willing to relocate
