**Requirements**:

- STPM/Diploma in Site Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience at construction industries.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess own transportation.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- To maintain attendance report and update by daily.
- To compile, record, photostat, file and send back all the Delivery Order (DO) and other related document to HQ at least once a week.
- To generate attendance report and compile daywork summary for general workers by fortnightly.
- To attend to telephone calls / guests and taking down messages / enquiries.
- To receive and distributing of incoming documents for the office with proper record of distribution.
- To ensure a proper filling system, record of files, documents and etc, is maintained and updated for quality records from time to time.
- To assist in office equipment / assets maintenance, stationery requisition, control and distribution.
- To assist in all the clerical works assigned by superiors.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
