**Job Descriptions**:
**a) Communications**
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Check mailbox daily for incoming correspondence
- Scan / photocopying documents
- Handle all incoming & outgoing courier for the company including prepare courier dockets.

**b) Admin G-drive**
- Maintain an organized Admin G Drive for correspondence folders, files and tracking.
- Edit folders / files share accordingly for related collaborators.
- Ensure all data is kept securely and confidentially maintained.

**c) Meeting support & Office Organizations**
- Arrange meeting logistic, including room setup and equipment preparation.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of common areas.
- To complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good time management skills
- Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
