**LABORATORY EXECUTIVE**

**Job Function**:

- Plan and organize operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and facilities to maintain a safe and conducive working environment at the optimum cost-effective level and compliance to OPU Work Process, Management System and statutory regulations.
- Plan, monitor and review the utilization of laboratory equipment and facilities through effective management of assets procurement, maintenance, repair and disposal to ensure compliance with company’s procedures and guidelines whilst ensuring safe and conducive working environment.
- Plan, develop, prioritize budget utilization and monitor performance of laboratory equipment and facilities management in order to sustain current business operation and effective utilization of budget.
- Develop and manage new contract establishment, execute and monitor contract renewal and contractor’s performance for laboratory equipment and facilities, to ensure compliance to the agreed terms and conditions and to achieve contract objective.
- Initiate and execute or monitor the implementation of laboratory renovation, including procurement to ensure flawless execution of project.
- Review current practice/ service by analyzing best practices adopted by industry and market practices and provide recommendation in order to add value to the organization.
- Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with latest development to capture new business opportunities.
- Drive the development of competent working team that will enhance and sustain staff capabilities in achieving high performance delivery to ensure internalization of the right leadership and capabilities in executing their jobs.
- Develop and implement distinctive mindset, behavior and culture to achieve high work performance by adoption and implementation of value interventions, tools and methodologies to promote and instill high sense of commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence.

**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:

- **0-10 years **of experience in **WORK related industry**:

- **Bachelor of Science/Engineering/Technology**:

- Familiar with **MSDS (Material Sheet Data Sheet)**:

- **Zoning** Knowledge
- Familiar with **Tools Box Session**:

- Efficient in **report writing & computer**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
