QAqc Asst Mgr

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Formulate and implement quality assurance policies for the company (when necessary).
- Ensure management practices are in compliance with the quality policies and procedure of the company.
- Improve quality awareness of all staff in company.
- Supervise QA /QC staff to ensure their duties and responsibilities are diligently discharged.
- Implement QMS & EMS in company.
- Work independently but report directly to Factory Manager / General Manager
- Able to handle and resolve complaints from customer and control of supplier’s product quality.
- Defect part analysis.
- Set and monitor monthly key performance index (KPI) for QA/QC department.
- Attend all HOD and customer meeting.
- In charge external / internal audit.
- Reply customer complaint report.
- Liaise with project and process team for first article inspection (FAI).
- Plan internal audits on the quality and environmental management system.
- Report to General Manager & top management on performance of the Quality and Environmental Management System.
- Coordinate periodic management reviews.
- Ensure that actions from the management reviews are implemented.
- Liaise and coordinate with external certification body on management system matter

** Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree holder in related disciplines
- **Min 5 years of QAQC experience within Manufacturing industry.**:

- Exposure in **Sheet Metal Fabrication / Welding **environment will be prioritized.
- Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently.
- Permanent vacancy based in Klang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
