Take charge of the systematic and orderly filing of reservation correspondences. - Reply, confirm and process all request for reservations according to established procedures. - Maintain a healthy par-stock level of all printed forms and stationary required. - Report for work punctually and neat attire complete with name tag. - Help maximize room sales. Offer top rates as priority. - Keep up-to-date all tariffs and information received from Sales Department and maintain confidential. - To know the product well (hotel facilities, promotions, prices, hour of operations, etc). Familiar with all hotel room rates and all promotions packages and to be able to offer rates when necessary. - Should there be any cancellation/ with special request/ guarantee booking/ amendment or last minute room booking to inform the Guest Services of Front Desk accordingly. - Attend and follow-up on guest complaints any matters that may arise.
