QAqc Executive

1. Develop and monitor all the quality assurance programmes to ensure that all quality systems, process and procedures are adhered to respective standards of ISO.

2. Review systematically and documented on necessary process and / or product requirement according to QMS practice for standardization of process product.

3. Liaise with all department on quality procedure, working instruction and forms.

4. Monitoring on disposal of WIP, finished goods, packaging material and compile all the documents.

5. Monitoring on inspection process for every section in production, compile all the documents and highlight the issue arise on product.

6. Monitoring on defect packaging material in production and liaise with purchaser for further action.

7. Issue CAR for non conformance of packaging material of finished goods if necessary.

8. Compile all the specification of product from every section of production from the raw material to packaging material which is liaise with sales and purchaser.

9. Monitoring on defect of returns goods from customer.

10. Involve in ISO audit with external auditor.

11. Work with production team on implementation programmes to reduce production wastage and problem trouble shooting. Monitor, review and propose for improvement on productivity, quality and efficiency of production process, operating procedures and product.
