Technical Xpert

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct installation and maintenance services of Intrix One Tap at customer premises.
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.
- Attend sales order installations and maintenance work as required.
- Travel to customer sites as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum SPM qualification or above with 2 or 3 years of technical experience in fields such as electrical, ground work, and plumbing.**:

- Proven track record of providing expert-level technical support and guidance.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Willingness to travel, including compulsory training at Kota Damansara, Selangor, for 2 weeks upon employment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
