Reply to customer inquiry on daily basis.
- Daily review & coordinate with Planner to meet customer requirement date & satisfaction.
- Liaise directly with Japan Sales division for any issue or delivery problem on daily basis.
- Issuance of Japan PO order to Senai on weekly basis.
- Coordinating & communication with other department if necessary to expedite delivery or any inquiry from customer.
- Maintain a good relationship with sales & customer for better customer service.

**Salary**: Up to RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- planning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Japanese (preferred)
