The Role
- Provide effective leadership to all associates under your supervision.
- Ensures and oversees guest satisfaction and smooth coordination of all services within the Spa.
- Ensure there is sufficient manning coverage for the Spa.
- Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
- Develop and review standard operating procedures from time to time and ensure it is fully complied with.
- Develop and maintain adequate professional product program.
- Develop and maintain retail product program.
- Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the operation of a Spa facility.
- Ensure the health and safety of guests and associates are paramount at all times.
- Assist the Spa Therapists in providing consultations when necessary.
- Formulate and provide optimum service through staff training, coaching, feedback and ensuring staffing level.
- Initiate maintenance of the facilities and equipment of the areas under your supervision.
- Monitor operations budgets and ensure all costs/sales commission are strictly controlled.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and identify areas for further development and improvement.
- Prepare monthly reports and ensure timely submission.

- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Energetic and knowledgeable on spa products and treatments.
- 3 - 5 years wellness and spa leadership experiences.
- Business mind set and result driven personality.
- Flexible and professional.
