Construction Drafter

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop comprehensive plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Transform rough sketches and specifications provided by engineers and architects into precise technical drawings.
- Utilize engineering and manufacturing techniques to create detailed product designs, contributing to the overall project development.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
- Incorporate knowledge of building techniques and construction standards into architectural plans to enhance project efficiency and safety.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of design changes and modifications, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, providing technical drawings and design insights to support project bids.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to gather information and ensure the accuracy of designs in relation to the physical environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD (mandatory), Solidworks, Revit, Sketchup, and Microstation, demonstrating the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.
- Familiarity with architectural, civil, electrical, or mechanical drafting, showcasing a versatile skill set applicable to various project needs.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, architects, and other team members to achieve project objectives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy and resolving design challenges promptly.
- Understanding of construction standards and building techniques, enabling the creation of practical and compliant architectural plans.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey design concepts and modifications clearly to all stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and prioritization.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CAD technology to continually enhance design capabilities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
