**RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION**

Commis responsibilities generally assist the other chefs. They help prepare ingredients and do any tasks the chef need assistance with.

**Duties**:

- Assist Chef in daily to day preparation, cleaning and preparing of all basic food items
- Produce a quality dishes following established recipes and SOP
- To assist in inventory and stock ordering
- Restocks all items as needed throughout service
- Adheres strictly to safety, cleanliness and sanitation regulations
- Perform any other related as management may require from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Primary/Secondary School
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in kitchen operation
- Positive work attitude, resourceful, dedicated and ability to forge good team spirit and able to work independently
- Team player with pleasant personality, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for food with a creative flair and is result oriented
- Able to perform shifts including weekends and public holidays

Able to read and write

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
