- 處理/監控日常物料短缺問題。
- 規劃和處理季節性訂單，跟進物料需求計劃，發出採購訂單並跟進交貨日期，並確認所有供應商交貨單與採購訂單是否匹配。
- 如有需要，請準備並向行銷部門提交客戶財產的庫存餘額狀況。
- 協助準備非流動庫存餘額以協助採購經理/高級採購主管。
- 每月審查並抵銷未清採購訂單。
- 查看每日更新的採購訂單並監控每日使用情況和餘額庫存。
- 原料和包裝材料的每日計劃並在必要時發出P/O。
- 監控雜項的最低庫存水準和重新訂購計劃。

要求：
- 候選人必須至少擁有任何商業相關學科的文憑/學位。
- 至少 1 年經驗。
- 擁有強大的領導能力和人際溝通能力。
- 主動性和自我激勵性。
- 能夠在充滿挑戰和快節奏的環境中工作。
- 強大的優先排序能力、多任務處理能力和結果驅動能力。
- 申請人必須願意在柔佛州麻坡武吉巴西工作。
