**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to assist the Senior Sales Manager to develop sales objectives, action plans and achieve targets. Promote and sell hotel meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets within the Hospitality Division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the hospitality industry, including hotel owners, general managers, and corporate executives.
- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase our properties and services, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and event management, to support sales initiatives and enhance the guest experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales within the hospitality industry, with at least [insert number] years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality market trends, industry standards, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
