**Complete fiber installation** with comply to company SOP
- **Troubleshoot** and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA
- Solving customer problems and complaints
- Identify **sales opportunities **and upsell company products and solutions
- Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, Smart Home)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or a Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineer or relevant field
- Technical experience or WiFi set up experience is an added advantage
- Fresh graduated is welcomed to apply
- Must have own car and willing to travel around Melaka

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Technician: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
