Responsible for administrative matters and part of human resources tasks, among others but not limited to:

- 1) Sourcing quotations, negotiation and ensure all purchased goods meet the specification requirements.

2) Actively participate in purchasing cost controls & cost-reduction activities.

3) Negotiate and obtain the lowest possible price with the requirement of quality, service and delivery on time frame

4) Responsible to monitor & check the attendance and e-leave in Worksy System every month for all departments

5) To handle part of human resources tasks.

6) To perform any other duties as and when required by immediate superior.

**Job Requirement**:
2) Good command of spoken & written of Malay and English language.

3) Computer literate and proficient in Google Applications i.e G.Sheet, G.Doc, G.Slide & G.Form

4) Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player

5) Self-motivated, result oriented and a fast learner

7) Possess driving license and own transport

8) Salary starts from RM2,000 and above (depends on related working experience as required)

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
