Responsibilities of Recruitment & Training Consultant:

- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
- Create and implement recruiting strategies
- Create and post job advertisements
- Screen applicants before the interviewing process
- Match applicants to job positions
- Manage the planning, design and implementation / delivery of all Learning and Development requirements.
- Deliver existing company training requirements including product knowledge training.
- Oversees and coordinates the development and preparation of teaching and visual aids, instructional materials, computer tutorials, and reference materials appropriate to specific program objectives.
- As appropriate to the individual position, coordinates, facilitates, and/or conducts specified development activities, such as planning retreats, team building programs, organization analyses, or restructuring exercises.
- Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
- Coordinates work flow and administrative activities necessary to deliver and document unit programs and activities.
- Provides input and assists in the planning, assessment, and implementation of organizational goals and objectives, in line with overall university goals and objectives.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
