Skills **:Degree in IT, Minimum 2 years experience in IT Software, Hardware support and troubleshooting, Infrastructure**

**Requirements**:

- Degree in IT
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT software, hardware support, troubleshooting, IT infrastructure, ticketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- IT Administration for all the IT Services.
- IT Hardware and software support and troubleshooting based on user request with ticketing system.
- Diagnoses, identify and troubleshoot Hardware and Software Systems issue.
- Assist Business requirements based on our IT standards and guidelines.
- Network administration and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team member and document to ensure all IT services is up and running.
- IT asset management including IT asset tagging and hardware disposal.
- IT and procedures documentation.
- data backup, recovery and disaster recovery

**Others**:

- Immediate position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
