The Role
- PARKROYAL COLLECTION and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur operate as an integrated business Complex. All associates hired under this Company are employed for the Complex as such they will be required to perform their roles and responsibilities for both the hotel and the serviced suites. Your position carries a multitasking role; hence you may be required during the course of your duties to perform tasks that are not within your current job-designation within other departments of the hotel and/or serviced suites as and when business requires._

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- To have an understanding in related system that is used in the outlet such as Infrasys and other RBE-related software and systems.
- To have understanding in Opera cloud - Front office systems.
- To have an understanding in FCS Call accounting system and ensure all phone charges is capture accurately.
- Always ensure the all revenue is posted and updated in the DRR report.
- Able to meet deadline and report is updated and on stand-by readiness.
- Consistently ensure all the revenue report was prepare and analyses base on the opera Trial Balance report.
- Always able to communicate and update General cashier for any cash shortage and ensuring it being follow-up promptly.
- Consistently ensure all SOP is follow and taken care well.
- Always reporting to superior for any doubt of the transaction and ensure is taken care well.
- Always ensure all the adjustment performance in the Opera cloud system is approved by the higher management before any posting is taking place.
- Ensure all the Banquet Infrasys bills posted for the day events
- Ensure all the Official check and Entertainment cost was posted accurately in the system.

At least 1-2 years working experiences in similar field.
