1. Prepare shipping documents, invoices etc.
2. Processing & monitoring of goods as well as liaise with carriers on shipping arrangement.
3. Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
4. Prepare and complete the required items for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including the packing, wrapping, labelling, shipping and delivering.
5. Update customer orders into system.
6. Perform quality controls on all outgoing orders.
7. Responsible for end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pickup and delivery of goods.
8. Keeping track and monitoring of incoming and outgoing shipments as well as proactively preparing for upcoming shipments including timeline planning.
9. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
10. Assist in handling day-to-day operations within the logistics and administrative functions, including the filling of documents, physically and electronically and maintain an organized record for documentation.
11. Keep track and ensure customer received their goods in a good condition without damage.
12. Ensure all the process in line with Standard Operating Procedure.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
