**Position: Chargemen cum Maintenance**
Location: Seri Botani, Perak
- Permanent position
- SOCSO & EPF

**Responsibilities**:

- To be the registered electrical Chargeman of the Company.
- Responsible in the installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of electrical wiring systems, air-conditional system, fire fighting system as well as other building services.
- Conduct periodic inspection and maintenance of Air System, Air Conditioning System and Fire Fighting System.
- Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, SAM, DOSH and government regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
- Assist in periodic maintenance of all cooling equipment and day to day operation of air conditioners for the school building
- Assist in overseeing the school building maintenance and contractor work arrangement.
- Troubleshooting electrical faults or problems and mechanical fault circuit/system and making good/repairing and provide recommendation to minimize re-occurrence or long-term solution.
- Carry out restructuring, installation, positioning, and re-mounting of modular offices and space, including furniture, work surfaces, wall panels, lighting, file cabinets, storage bins, etc. to maximize office space and meet user neeed
- To perform on administrative work and record keeping.
- To undertake any other tasks as directed by the Superior/Management as and when required

**Required language(s)**: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

At least have a A1 chargemen related certs
