Roles and Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude. - Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including handling firm’s inquiries and sorting & distributing mails. - Managing incoming phone calls and route to appropriate personnel and take accurate messages. - In charge for coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. - Always maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring it is always presentable. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations. - Assist with other general administrative duties as assigned. Job requirements and qualifications: - SPM and above; Proven experiences as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred. - Fluent in speaking English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner. - Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks and ability to handle sensitive & confidential information with discreet
