**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Perform any cleaning job for the respective kitchen section.
- To wash and clean the meat and vegetable prior to the cutting process by respective chef.
- To move and keep the ingredients in the designated place.
- Perform the cleaning process for the respective kitchen as and when required.
- Dispose all the rubbish frequently and ensure the respective kitchen area is clean.
- Ensure the kitchen store is clean and the inventory is in order.
2. Collect the food ingredient from store.
- Collect and counting the food ingredients from store.
- Return the reject food ingredients to store as and when required
3. Others
- Involve in some of the preparation of food as and when required.
Any other duties as and when required.
**Job Type**: Permanent
