Key Responsibilities - Support daily operation transaction. - Performs data entry into accounting system - Maintain and update billing & deposit records in accounting system. - To ensure proper maintenance of records documents and filling to support all accounting entry. - To prepare accounts voucher for payable or journal entry - Assist supervisor to meet accounting deadline. - Other ad-hoc duties as assisgned by the supervisor from time to time. - Data entry skills along with a knack for number and hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets/accounting software - Computer literature & Well knowledge in Microsoft Office/Excel, Communication Skill, Time Management - Customer service orientation, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
